about 3 or 4. I gather that grandpa Skow would get about 3 sheets in the wind
and turn as mean as an acre of snakes. Your grandmother kept up
a correspondence with her cousins in Denmark after she came back to Iowa.
In particular with Randi Blond's mother. The fact of the matter is
that after World War 2 things were not to good in Denmark, and the folks
use to send CARE packages over there to your grandmother's kin about
ever month for a year os two. CARE was a good think, a non-government
relief and aid program that kept alot of folks across the pond from starving
to death after the war.
